The one-piece structure of the LM Guide, with highly rigid,
U-shaped outer rails on both sides of the inner block and the Ball Screw in the center of the inner block, provides high rigidity as well as excellent accuracy and requires minimal installation space.
Pre-load ball screw.
Because of its design it can bear an equal rated load in all four directions (upward and downward, right and left).
Wide variety: 4 models available with stroke length from 150 to 1500 mm and static load from 4.9 to 80.9 kN. |

LT and LF Ballsplines have 4 or 6 trains of load-bearing balls to hold 2 or 3 crests on the spline shaft from both sides, so that an appropriate preload is applied without trouble.
The balls are held in place by the retainer, causing the balls to circulate and preventing them from falling off if the spline shaft is removed.
High load-bearing capacity.
The retainers can be pre-loaded in order to have zero angular backlash.
